Aplikasi Sispena-S/M adalah aplikasi penilaian akreditasi yang berbasis web, dimana bisa akses dimana saja, kapan saja dengan syarat terhubung dengan internet. Selain bisa diakses menggunakan Laptop atau komputer aplikasi juga bisa diakses menggunakan handphone ataupun device yang resolusinya lebih kecil.
Ketika kita membuka Aplikasi Sispena melalui https://bansm.kemdikbud.go.id › sispena2020 › login maka kita akan melihat tampilan seperti ini:
Kemudian kita masuk ke aplikasi yang tampilannya sebagai berikut:
Dari tampilan di atas ada 4 bagian yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu: Dokumen Sekolah, IPR, DIA, dan Kartu Kendali. sekarang kita mulai kupas satu persatu.
A. Dokumen Sekolah
Dokumen Sekolah adalah dokumen yang akan diunggah/upload pihak sekolah di aplikasi sispena sebanyak 58 Item (namun ada bahan unggahan/uploadan yang sama untuk beberapa butir)
Untuk mengupload bahan harus dalam bentuk format seperti tulisan berlatar kuning di atas maksimal 2 MB.
Anda harus mengupload sesuai dokumen yang diminta, dengan terlebih dahulu mengubah format ke bentuk PDF, JPG, PNG, dlsb. Apabila file berukuran lebih besar dari 2 MB maka file harus terlebih dahulu diconvert menggunakan apilkasi https://ilovepdf.com/ dan apabila setelah di convert ukuran masih di atas 2 MB hasil convert tadi di convert kembali menggunakan https://miniimagesvideos.com/ sehingga kurang dari 2 MB setelah itu baru bisa di upload file dimaksud.
File yang akan di unggah harus disesuaikan dengan apa yang diminta oleh aplikasi sispena, dan jangan mengupload berkas/dokumen yang tidak sesuai dengan yang diminta. Kita bisa menggabung file yang terpisah dan menggabungkannya menggunakan aplikasi https://ilovepdf.com/.
B. Indikator Pemenuhan Relatif ( IPR) dan Indikator Pemenuhan Mutlak (IPM)
Indikator Pemenuhan Relatif (IPR) adalah indikator penentuan kelayakan dilakukan melalui kegiatan asesmen kecukupan DIA untuk memastikan sekolah/madrasah memenuhi persyaratan administrasi minimal dan kelengkapan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan dalam akreditasi. Persyaratan minimal dan kelengkapan administrasi harus terpenuhi 60% dari pemenuhan yang telah dipersyaratkan.
Penilaian akhir akreditasi didasarkan pada hasil dari penilaian terhadap indikator pemenuhan relatif (IPR) dan penilaian indikator kinerja hasil visitasi asesor dengan menggunakan instrumen akreditasi. Skor IPR memiliki bobot sebesar 15%, sedangkan skor indikator kinerja sebesar 85%.
Indikator Pemenuhan Relatif (IPR) masing-masing sekolah/madrasah berbeda tuntutan pemenuhannya yaitu : Untuk Indikator Pemenuhan Relatif (IPR) untuk jenjang SD/MI sebanyak 8 butir, SMP/MTSsebanyak 9 butir, SMA/MA sebanyak 9 butir, SMK sebanyak 10 butir, dan SDLB/MLB sebanyak 10 butir, dimana pernyataan pada masing-masing butir memiliki bobot yang sama.
Setiap butir memiliki 4 (empat) pilihan jawaban yang masing-masing memiliki skor 1, 2, 3, dan 4, sehingga skor maksimum IPR misalnya untuk jenjang SMA/MA sebesar 9 x 4 = 36. Skor IPR dihitung dari hasil perolehan dari 9 (sembilan) butir pernyataan dalam satuan 100 dihitung dengan rumus:
Skor IPR = (Jumlah Skor IPR/36) x 100%
IPR minimal terpenuhi 60%, agar sekolah/madrasah dapat diakreditasi. Sekolah perlu mempersiapkan pemenuhan IPR karena memberi konstribusi 15% pada penilaian akhir sedangkan IPM perlu dilihat ulang apakah sekolah/madrasah sudah layak di akreditasi.
C. Data Isian Akreditasi (DIA)
Data Isian Akreditasi adalah Nilai Level Kinerja yang harus diisikan oleh sekolah sesuai kondisi/keadaan sekolah yang sebenarnya sesuai komponen yang diminta (mutu lulusan, proses pembelajaran, mutu guru, dan manajemen sekolah). Jika sekolah sudah mengisi DIA dan sudah memberi tanda centang dan mengirim/submit, maka tampilannya adalah sebagai berikut ini.
D. Kartu Kendali
Kartu Kendali adalah sebuat surat keterangan dari Kepala Sekolah Tentang pelaksanaan Visitasi yang berlangsung selama 2 hari di sekolah (SD/SMP Sederajat dan SMA/MA) atau 3 hari untuk SMK yang memiliki banyak Prodi. Kartu kendali ini diisi oleh Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah sesuai dengan pelaksanaan visitasi yang sebenarnya dilakukan oleh asesor, sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi BAN-S/M untuk penyempurnaan program akreditasi berikutnya. Kartu kendali bersifat rahasia yang tidak boleh diketahui asesor. Setelah diisi, format yang telah ditandatangani diunggah pada aplikasi Sispena-S/M dan tidak boleh dititipkan ke asesor.
Klik Kartu Kendali lalu isikan dengan apa yang dimintakan pada form Kartu Kendali lalu di simpan. Setelah di simpan lalu klik pojok kanan atas dan cetak/print dan formatnya sbb:
format seperti ini akan di peroleh setelah semua data di isi dan disimpan lalu setelah di cetak akan tampil bentuk seperti ini lalu di teken/ttd oleh Kepsek dan di stempel kemudian diupload/unggah kembali pada sispena (Kartu Kendali) dan di simpan.
